Standard Delivery ($6 / Free over $140, 1-4 days)

Miaful delivers to 175 countries Worldwide! We have partnered with shipping agents who offer a localised shopping experience that allows our customers to pay in their preferred local payment method. The price charged for delivery depends on the desired destination country and the delivery service selected. Parcels for items that are in stock, should not take longer than 10 working days to get delivered. Delivery prices and some other details of the process are explained on this page.

UK standard delivery costs £4.99 and we aim to deliver your parcel between 3 – 5 working days. We use the Royal Mail Tracked 48 service. Please note Free Standard Delivery for orders above £50 applies only to orders shipped with Evri Standard Delivery. Where Royal Mail Standard Delivery is selected as a shipping method, the standard shipping fee of £4.99 will be applied.We aim to deliver your parcel within 4-10 working days†. We use DPD Tracked & Signed service for these deliveries.

Shipping to the United States is free for orders above $150.00 USD. Please note that for US orders above $400.00 the shipping cost is no longer free and is applied at cost.

Shipping to Canada is free for orders above $190.00 CAD. Your parcel can be tracked up to delivery and a signature will be required upon receipt. You may have to cover the costs of customs or duty charges on delivery of your items. Please note that for CA orders above $500.00 the shipping cost is no longer free and is applied at cost.

EUROPE STANDARD DELIVERY.

Express Delivery ($12, 1-2 days)

We aim to deliver your parcel between 2 – 7 working days. We use DPD, Landmark and DHL for these deliveries. Your parcel can be tracked up to delivery and a signature will be required upon receipt.

If you are out and there is no one available to sign for the parcel at your chosen delivery address, a calling card will be left informing you that your local postal authority are holding your parcel at a nearby depot. It is your responsibility to collect the parcel from them or to arrange a re-delivery.

Delayed Deliveries:

Miaful cannot be held responsible for items shipped in a timely fashion but are delayed.

Please note:
Once the delivery address has been confirmed during the ordering process, the address cannot then be changed. We cannot post orders to P.O Box addresses. The International postage cost cannot be refunded unless a product is accepted back as faulty.

EXPRESS TRACKED DELIVERY.

All orders are shipped in 3-21 days from the date of placing the order. Although 95% of orders are shipped in 21 days or less but some orders may take up to 30 days to dispatch.

If your order has not been shipped even after 21 days of your placing the order please check the status of your order in the My Account section of our website. You can view the status and other information of all your orders, whether pending or fulfilled, that you have placed with SSS by clicking the My Orders section of the website.
